JSON objects are surrounded by curly braces . JSON objects are written in key/value pairs. Keys must be strings, and values must be a valid JSON data type string, number, object, array, boolean or null. Keys and values are separated by a colon. Each key/value pair is separated by a comma. JSON Map Format¶ Tiled can export maps as JSON files. To do so, simply select “File > Export As” and select the JSON file type. You can export json from the command line with the --export-map option. The fields found in the JSON format differ slightly from those in the TMX Map Format, but the meanings should remain the same.
